In February 2010, NETCO was awarded a contract by the Ministry of Petroleum Resources (MPR), for Engineering Consultancy Services for the Nigerian Gas Master Plan (NGMP) Implementation.

Following a revised technical services contract between NETCO & STARDEEP WATER PETROLUEM LIMITED (a Chevron company) in October 2007 for the provision of personnel for the Agbami FPSO, the procurement department of NETCO is now executing the project in collaboration with five other subcontractors.
