NNPC Energy Services Ltd (EnServ) is an Upstream Business Subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) that was officially incorporated as Integrated Data Services Limited (IDSL), a private limited liability company on 30th November 1988. Following the incorporation of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited on 21 September 2021, NNPC Ltd undertook a corporate restructuring and Intergrated Data Company Ltd was renamed as NNPC Energy Services Ltd (EnServ) on 7th November 2022, where other companies like NNPC Oil Fields Services Limited (NOFS) and Frontier Exploration Services (FES) were merged to form one entity. This merger enables EnServ to position as a one-stop shop in the industry's Energy services space.
